- Is pick-up service available from our hotel?
We are certainly obliged to provide a complimentary pick-up from your hotel if you are staying within San Francisco. For guests staying in the SFO area, we provide a pick-up service from your hotel for a $5 per person fee. Unfortunately, we do not provide pick-up service for guests staying in the East Bay or North Bay. However, we can have you take BART (if from the East Bay) or CALTRAIN (if from the South Bay) into San Francisco, and from there arrange a pick-up within San Francisco. We always return you to the same location from which we picked you up. - Do you include meals with your tours?
Meals are not included on any of our tours, with the exception of the City By Night tour. This tour features a dinner selection from famed McCormick & Kuleto’s restaurant located at historic Ghirardelli Square. - Are there restrooms on the coach?
All full size coaches have restrooms. Our "mini coaches” – do not. Along the routes used by our smaller coaches there are a number of rest stop opportunities. - What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, traveler’s checks, and all major credit cards. We do not accept monopoly money... yet. - Is pick-up service available from our hotel?
We offer a complimentary pick-up service from most San Francisco hotels, and for a nominal fee, from most SFO area hotels. Please call to confirm your pick-up time and location beforehand. We pick-up at most San Francisco Hotels. Please call to confirm your pick-up location and time. - How do we return to our hotel after the tour?
Just as with our pick-up service, we provide a free return shuttle to your hotel. If you are staying in the SFO area, and did not receive a pick-up from your hotel, there is a service available for a nominal fee. - If I am driving, where should I park?
There is a parking garage located literally next door. We can validate your parking in the form of a VIP Parking Pass that costs $12 and cover 12 hours. We ask that you please park your vehicle first, and purchase the parking pass during check-in time.
