- Is pick-up service available from our hotel?
Complimentary pick-up from your hotel is available if you are staying within San Francisco. For guests staying in the SFO area, we provide a pick-up service from your hotel for a $10 per person fee. Unfortunately, we do not provide pick-up service for guests staying in the East Bay or North Bay. However, we can recommend you take BART (if from the East Bay) or CALTRAIN (if from the South Bay) into San Francisco, and from there arrange a pick-up within San Francisco. At the conclusion of your tour, you will be dropped off nearest to your hotel location. If you have a tour package with an add-on attraction, there is an option for a shuttle from Pier 33 by 5:45pm or from the Tower Tours office at 865 Beach Street by 6:00pm to return you back to the hotel. - Do you include meals with your tours?
Meals are not included in the cost of our tours, however there may be time allotted on your tour during the rest stops to grab food and drinks. - Are there restrooms on the coach?
All full size coaches have restrooms. Our "mini coaches” – do not. Along the routes used by our smaller coaches there are a number of rest stop opportunities. - What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, traveler’s checks, and all major credit cards. - If I am driving, where should I park?
There is a parking garage located next door to the Tower Tours entrance on Beach Street. A VIP Parking Pass is available for purchase that costs $15 and is valid for all-day parking. We ask that you please park your vehicle first, and purchase the parking pass during check-in time. - What is the weather like on tour?
San Francisco weather changes day to day. We recommend you bring a light jacket with you or wear layers since the climate varies.
