- Pick-up service for airport hotels only available for 9:00 am Tours. For Grand City and Muir Woods clients, return shuttle service from Fisherman's Wharf is 5:45pm from Pier 33 and 6:00pm from the Tower Tours office.
- There is a $10 per person surcharge for pickup and drop-off at San Francisco airport hotels.
- Tower Tours assumes no responsibility for delays caused by weather, breakdowns, traffic conditions, accidents and/or other conditions beyond our control.
- Tower Tours is not liable for any loss or damage of property.
- Operation of tours may be cancelled due to insufficient passenger count or bad weather.
- Tower Tours reservations have a 24-hour non-refundable cancellation policy. Alcatraz packages are 72-hour notice.
